I feel proud of the fact, that the Tribunals of this City are placed on such a footing that happily it is not at present requisite, as perhaps might have been the case in former times, that the prayers of Petitions should be recommended by illustrious names in order to ensure their being speedily and in due course dealt with by the same Tribunals.
